Green River Distilling Co. has released a honey bourbon, so Herald-Leader reporters gave it a try. Made with locally sourced honey and a four-year-old Green River Kentucky Straight Bourbon, our reporters found it to be smooth and less sweet than the typical honey bourbon. 🥃
