A new-to-Kentucky restaurant is ready to fire up its grill. @firebirdsgrill opened a Lexington location at 2400 Polo Club Blvd. in Hamburg, right in front of Cabela’s. It’s the 70th location of the North Carolina-based chain known for hand-cut, aged steaks and fresh seafood cooked over a wood-fired grill, using locally sourced hickory, oak or pecan.
